County Clare is the 8th largest county of Ireland and also one of the most visited counties. Bunratty castle has a long and unique history. It is the only castle of Ireland that has faced attacks and wars continuously for 21 years.  The first stone of Bunratty was lead by Thomas de Clare in 970 and since then the town had grown steadily.

Now let’s move on to enjoy some natural scenery of Clare Islands.  These are at the west coast. The narrow road that takes you to the island becomes narrower as the elevation of island increases. As you move forward, you will get an astonishing look of the Ireland’s west coast and other bays. This is really eye-soothing. As soon as you reach Cliffs of Moher, the highest cliffs of country, you will have a different excitement. Standing at the top and watching the water below and the beautiful scenery around you is a not to miss opportunity. And the light house at the top of the cliff that makes you feel as you are the king and whole earth is below you. You will also enjoy the sandy beaches where you can lay down and relax afterward.
